We have colleagues from organisations like those we support, alongside those with experience in professional services, consultancy, communications and project delivery. Our starting salaries are competitive, regularly benchmarked, and remuneration consists of a base salary and performance-related bonus (we are not driven by commission). Perrett Laver is based in One Embassy Gardens, Nine Elms. Our brand-new offices have been designed to support a culture of communication, creativity and collaboration with sustainability and employee wellbeing at the fore, including separate spaces dedicated to collaboration, socialisation and networking.
Perrett Laver has an Agile Working Policy and allows for a combination of office and home working.

Frenie Hilado
Project Coordinator
Frenie is the Project Coordinator for Data and Design at Perrett Laver.
She is part of the Business Development team which supports the central function on key resources which will be used by the consulting team and the wider business.
Frenie holds an MSc (Hons) in Global Affairs from King’s College London and a BA (Hons) in International Media and Communications from the University of Nottingham. During her time at university, she also pursued to study Japanese for two years.
Frenie has a demonstrated history of working with local and global non-profit organisations including AIESEC, Oxfam, Habilin PH, and the Youth and Philanthropy Initiative UK. In 2018, she completed her AIESEC Leadership Development Experience as a Global Volunteer in Malaysia where she joined a project called “Light of Borneo” as part of the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goal: Affordable and Clean Energy. Prior to joining Perrett Laver, Frenie worked for a fully functional e-commerce company called Hosea Clothing in London as a Brand Marketing Coordinator for two years.

She is charged with providing support and advice to clients, candidates and colleagues throughout the executive search process, upholding the highest quality of care and delivery at all times.
Trinity attended Toronto’s Ryerson University for her bachelor’s degree in Arts and Contemporary Studies.
Prior to joining Perrett Laver, Trinity previously held positions in the medical sector.
