Trinity College, the oldest residential college of the University of Melbourne, is a vibrant academic community comprising over 1,500 students and 260 staff from across Australia and around the world. Following the successful tenure of Professor Ken Hinchcliff, whom Perrett Laver assisted Trinity in appointing in 2015, the College once again engaged Perrett Laver to conduct a global search. The search sought an exceptional leader to serve as Trinity’s next Warden and Chief Executive Officer.
This comprehensive search encompassed senior academic and institutional leaders across Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom. The process focused on identifying individuals with the vision and capability to shape academic strategy, foster intellectual community, and oversee complex institutional operations. Individuals were identified who could navigate the unique intersection of academic and residential life, bringing a holistic and values-driven approach to student experience and development.
