During this time we have also developed a strong working relationship with the central team in Trinity responsible for the programme of work to appoint Chairs. We meet with this team on a weekly basis to go through each live appointment process, receive updates on recruitment within the College, and provide feedback on ongoing processes.
This core central support within Trinity has been pivotal to the success of the recruitment programme and the ongoing work with Hiring Leads across academic disciplines.
