Shannon brings over 20 years of leadership experience in government communications, policy and stakeholder engagement. As a senior executive in the Australian Government, including eight years at the Treasury, Shannon led high-profile national campaigns and strategic initiatives – most notably the communications response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the delivery of more than ten Federal Budgets. More recently, Shannon has worked as a communications consultant and previously served as Managing Director at market research agency Pollinate, where she advised government and industry clients on strategic engagement, brand, and communication challenges.
