Perrett Laver is supporting Trinity College Dublin in an ongoing campaign of Chair and Professorial appointments across all faculties, with the successful appointment of 18 roles to date.

Supporting a range of disciplines within Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences; Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics; and Health Sciences, Perrett Laver has brought international and diverse candidate fields including delivering on specific remits for two Senior Academic Leadership Initiatives (SALI) positions within STEM subjects.

During this time we have also developed a strong working relationship with the central team in Trinity responsible for the programme of work to appoint Chairs. We meet with this team on a weekly basis to go through each live appointment process, receive updates on recruitment within the College, and provide feedback on ongoing processes.

This core central support within Trinity has been pivotal to the success of the recruitment programme and the ongoing work with Hiring Leads across academic disciplines.

“Collaborating with an exceptional university such as TCD has been a really positive experience. Their commitment to excellence, innovation, and promoting diversity in research sets them apart. Together, we’ve achieved outstanding results, we look forward to continuing this partnership.”
