University of Nottingham Ningbo China appoints Professor Xincheng Xie as new President

Professor Xie, a distinguished Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and the World Academy of Sciences (TWAS), assumes this role, becoming the second president of UNNC following its founding president Professor Fujia Yang.

With years of research innovation, teaching and management experience at renowned universities at home and abroad, Professor Xie has profound insights into the development of China’s higher education and the cultivation of research talents.
