The Talent to the Top Monitor evaluates the progress of women’s representation at the top, middle management, and throughout the organisation among the charter signatories of which Perrett Laver have been a part of since 2021. These signatories commit to specific, measurable goals, with their results reviewed annually by the independent Talent to the Top Monitoring Committee. They also pledge to implement measures that increase the proportion of women in leadership positions within their organisations.
Along with tracking the growth in the proportion of women in leadership roles, it also examines the efforts these organisations are making to promote women’s advancement. Additionally, it identifies the key success factors and challenges they encounter in achieving their goals.

Perrett Laver is committed to promoting diversity in top positions, focusing on diversity in its broadest sense. After all, diverse teams are higher-performing teams.
