Advancing Equality: Perrett Laver’s EDI Training and 2024 Goals with Canadian Equality Consulting

As part of Perrett Laver‘s continued commitment to EDI, we recently ran a series of training sessions with Canadian Equality Consulting led by the amazing James Demers (He/Him).

The sessions focused on guided learning and open discussion, which equipped our teams with a breadth of knowledge and tools to utilise at work and in our personal lives.

“We all know it doesn’t stop there though. Our EDI Working Group, which I co-Chair with Shivani Smith (she/her), is meeting for its first quarterly operational meeting of 2024 to discuss our plans as a business. Excited to kick this off and set some goals for the coming year!”
