Perrett Laver hosted Kerry at our London office to discuss Professional Services and whether it’s ready for the future? Through hearing a bit about Kerry, her role and responsibilities at Leicester and whether Professional Services is future ready, colleagues found the talk with Kerry very inspiring, informative and really thought provoking. Kerry gave some great insights into what she thinks makes a great leader, what she believes those characteristics are and how to be your true self at work, and why that’s important.
A small example of Kerry’s authenticity is that she wears trainers at work which provides a strong signal to others in the organisation about who she is. Following Kerry’s presentation, Kerry and colleagues entered into a fascinating conversation about particular areas of her presentation with lots of questions being asked which could have gone way past our allotted time.
